Refund policy
We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange
Return shipping fees of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If the product is missing original packaging a fee of Rs 150/- will be deducted from the refund amount
If the product is missing tags/missing parts, half of the product amount will be deducted from the refund
If the product is damaged the product will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be initiated from our end.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are returning the damaged product without informing within 24hrs, the damage will be considered from your end and will be shipped back to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To place an Exchange , Login -> Orders -> Exchange
To be eligible for a exchnage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
There will be a shipping charge of flat Rs 100/- for exchanged product shipping.
No return shipping fee for the old product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued as store credit/gift card only.

Store credit/Gift Card can be used to purchase any product on our website.

It does not have any expiry date, so you may use it at your convenience.

You may also exchange the same product for another size if available.
As a small business producing limited quantities, we are unable to process refunds back to the original payment method.
